Why does Van Gils Exclusive stops in its current form?
We, as Van Gils, want to optimize the communication and offers for loyal customers, whereby we want to provide a personal approach that fits the brand experience of Van Gils.
The current system does not provide the customer experience that Van Gils wants to deliver. With the current system, we can’t support the customer approach that we actually want. We are still thinking about a worthy successor to the loyalty program, which is in line with the new developments and possibilities.
When does Van Gils Exclusive stops in its current form?
Until 1st October, 2018 points can still be earned for discount on your next purchase.
Until 9th October, 2018 the vouchers can be redeemed at the next purchase in the Van Gils webshop or in the Van Gils Brandstores.
What will become the new Van Gils Exclusive for loyal customers?
We are still thinking about a worthy successor to the loyalty program, which is in line with the new developments and possibilities. Of course we will keep you informed.
Where can I redeem discount vouchers?
You can redeem the discount vouchers in the Van Gils Brand stores or on the Van Gils webshop until 9th October, 2018. The discount voucher is valid for a maximum of 2 months and until 9th October, 2018 at the latest. The discount vouchers you have earned can be redeemed until 9th October, 2018 at the latest.
You can earn points up to 1st October, 2018. After 1st October, 2018 you will no longer be able to earn points.
Do I still receive other promotions or benefits as a loyal Van Gils customer?
Via the email newsletter, Van Gils keeps its customers informed of promotions, extra benefits and information about new collections. Until October 9th, 2018 you can still log in and indicate to receive the Van Gils newsletter.

How do I save points at the Van Gils Exclusive program?
For every euro you spend at one of the Van Gils Brandstores or on the Van Gils webstore you will receive 50 Van Gils Points. To receive the point you need to show you member card when you are shopping in the Brandstore. Or log in when shopping at our webshop. When returning products your points will be reduced.
What is the value of my points?
The point will not represent any financial value, and it’s not possible to exchange the points into direct discounts or cash money.
What to do with the saved points?
When reaching 12500 points you will receive an e-mail with a voucher representing 12,50 euro. You can use this voucher online or in one of our Brand stores when spending at least 50 euro in one order. The voucher validated 2 months after delivery. After receiving the shopping voucher, 12500 points will be deducted of your account.
Do I save points when shopping online?
Yes, with logging in on your account and placing an order, you will automatically save points! Please note that you will not receive any point over Shipping or transaction costs.
How do I know how many points I have saved?
You can easily check your balance by logging in your account. In the right corner above you will find your actual balance. We will also send you an e-mail when you have saved new points. In this email you will find the number of points you have saved.
